Serving as chairman of the board for the Bridgewater, New Jersey-based Genpsych Foundation, Dr. Henry Odunlami oversees the provision of rehabilitation services to people with substance abuse issues. In the role, which he began in 2010, Dr. Henry Odunlami is also responsible for providing housing and transportation, as well as other support, for up to 60 patients receiving treatment.
In addition, Dr. Odunlami serves as the CEO and medical director of Genpsych PC, where he oversees five facilities and expects to open two others in the coming months. The role also sees him offering behavioral health and addiction treatment services on an outpatient basis, as well as managing 300 employees.
Dr. Odunlami is a graduate of the University of Ibadan, where he gained his BS and MD in medicine and surgery. Following this, he began a psychiatry residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1993, which he completed in 1997.
Alongside Genpsych, he is the CEO of Silvergate Academy, a group that educates children while they are receiving psychotherapeutic care.
